25 September 2024 — CAP National Cadet Programs will be offering bi-monthly TLC Basic and Intermediate according to this posting: https://www.gocivilairpatrol.com/programs/cadets/cpofficer/tlc Because of this announcement, the Chaplain Corps, in conjunction with North Central Region and Iowa Wing, will no longer offer the online TLC.
